Wildcard Wednesday The Prague Sun Lovejoy Christmas Special

 That is one determined to be somewhere taxi fare. I love the flashbacks.


And it is Christmas and a favour to ask.


Well done her. But of course those she likes, such is life.

Sad to hear they are both lost.


What a lovely promise but I fear not.

Amusing but he didn’t mean war enemies.

I never knew Prague was within 3 miles, oh wait. It is nice to see them there.


‘No photos’ Eric (Chris Jury). I am glad to see he is having a good time, even though he doesn’t know the time of day. Please stop the ‘No mister’ ‘Catchpole’ it doesn’t suit.


They are not in the UK, so stop.


This reminds me of the term ‘Two birds with one stone’ but now ahh ‘60 quid’ it  is so sweet.


I wondered where he was. I must admit I thought Eric would have had that job.


Great amusing timing with the TV after what was said. And Lady Jane (Phyllis Logan) should have really known.


Good old Tinker (Dudley Sutton) 


So amusing ‘Fax’ would make a lot more sense.


In a word, great timing Jane. How is it working out for you Jane? Badly, it seems. This isn’t nice to see. Oh no.

But it is not his.


What a fun place to land. Although I doubt he thinks so. This is amusing to see.


What a lovely ending in more ways than one.


Oh no it can’t end there, what was Eric’s gift to Lovejoy (Ian McShane)? I would have loved to have known.

  I thought the same. So, where is she? If Lovejoy (Ian McShane) says ‘He will get one’ I suppose he will. I suppose, I would say, it depends on what you paid for a painting a nice ‘Fake’ at a fake price is fine, but if you pay a genuine price tag, then you could be out of pocket/at a loss. Fun Friday Love Knots Lovejoy

  It is nice to hear about the history of a collectible antique as we very rarely get to know where or why things are as they are. I really feel for Jane (Phyllis Logan) and it is sad that Alex (Pavel Douglas) is saying all the wrong things. Also I agree he should be around more for her to ask. That was good timing. I do feel for Jane it is horrible to watch. Just as Tinker (Dudley Sutton) was talking about travelling in his dreams . i thought of the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang where Grandpa Potts (Lionel Jeffries) did most of his travelling through daydreaming and all of sudden Tinker spots a character in the auction room called Potts (Tony Caunter). This is a completely surprising coincidence. Now we hear Tinker talk about the interesting messages left and things are getting heated in the auction room. Fun Friday Eric Of Arabia Lovejoy

  It is an eye opener and quite true, can something be classed as original when parts have been replaced due to wear and tear?. This part reminded me of the TV program Only Fools And Horses with David Jason. Where the character Trigger (Roger Lloyd Pack) was going to get an award for having the same broom whilst working. This would have been fine if he hadn’t revealed that the broom had had so many new heads and so many new handles. Lovejoy’s (Ian McShane) take on this is not quite so amusing but works for the episode. This bike business is now getting amusingly action packed and cringingly dubbed. What a find.
