Fun Friday The Lost Colony Lovejoy Christmas Special

 I can see what they found and why, but I feel as though the images are a bit to clear.


Now there’s a thought or 2 from Lovejoy (Ian McShane).


Oh, I love a good poltergeist/ghost story. Well she doesn't like them just ‘Doing their job’.


Oh not him I don’t like Charlie (Malcolm Tierney). I hope he was joking. No one could be that ignorant about geography or accents.


Well, she’s back. There are 2 of them, oh her.


I would answer ‘No’ but apparently it should be a yes.


It is nice to hear about all the history. This is a fascinating episode. I would say he is not to sell.


This episode is getting better.


She sounds spoiled. I don’t like her attitude.


They are really milking the American accent.


What is he up to? Oh, he’s made contact. I love this episode. Well I did, that wasn’t nice.


So, it looks like he is going away on ‘Family business’ then.


Well that all makes sense now. And yes, I also agree, get out, he is in ‘Shot’ so get out of the shot.


What does he want? And that was too easy. I don’t like the Police Officer. It’s just his character. Oh, he is just, it seems, sadly, for all concerned, bored.


He sure is an expert and yes, he knows his ‘Stuff’.


‘Little’? So amusing.


I hope it's not ‘End’ of the episode.


He is in America. He has met the wildlife. So amusing until oh no. and funnily enough I know what he means about ‘Cats and rocking chairs’ 


Poor new owners. Yes, there have been experiences but I don’t like Tinker (Dudley Sutton) embellishing, but oh right, if they did what they did. I can see partly his point.


Although funny, don't mock Charlie.


Wakey wakey, hello. Ok so he is ‘Staying’. That was an aggressive way to say ‘The Rose room’. Such a nice sounding room to be said that way.


Now what? I do believe he is crazy. An eye rolling reaction to a 911.


I am so pleased she is there. I love it. However, not your usual holiday photo but amusing though.


What, a scheme.


Sadly, more wildlife.


Nicely done. But the next part is really not nice to watch. Oh, ‘Left’ brilliant to see. I hope so as well.

  I thought the same. So, where is she? If Lovejoy (Ian McShane) says ‘He will get one’ I suppose he will. I suppose, I would say, it depends on what you paid for a painting a nice ‘Fake’ at a fake price is fine, but if you pay a genuine price tag, then you could be out of pocket/at a loss. Fun Friday Love Knots Lovejoy

  It is nice to hear about the history of a collectible antique as we very rarely get to know where or why things are as they are. I really feel for Jane (Phyllis Logan) and it is sad that Alex (Pavel Douglas) is saying all the wrong things. Also I agree he should be around more for her to ask. That was good timing. I do feel for Jane it is horrible to watch. Just as Tinker (Dudley Sutton) was talking about travelling in his dreams . i thought of the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang where Grandpa Potts (Lionel Jeffries) did most of his travelling through daydreaming and all of sudden Tinker spots a character in the auction room called Potts (Tony Caunter). This is a completely surprising coincidence. Now we hear Tinker talk about the interesting messages left and things are getting heated in the auction room. Fun Friday Eric Of Arabia Lovejoy

  It is an eye opener and quite true, can something be classed as original when parts have been replaced due to wear and tear?. This part reminded me of the TV program Only Fools And Horses with David Jason. Where the character Trigger (Roger Lloyd Pack) was going to get an award for having the same broom whilst working. This would have been fine if he hadn’t revealed that the broom had had so many new heads and so many new handles. Lovejoy’s (Ian McShane) take on this is not quite so amusing but works for the episode. This bike business is now getting amusingly action packed and cringingly dubbed. What a find.
