Mum's Monday My Lovely Wife by Samantha Downing

Well a good strong twisted start.

At one point for a second in chapter 2 I got the feeling this story was going to be like an EastEnders (BBC) storyline. Where Dr May Wright (Amanda Drew)wanted a baby but then quickly remembered the couple in this book has 2 kids already. I don’t want to put this book down now , it is so intriguing.

Well what a place and situation to receive a phone in. I am still guessing as to what is actually going on. This is a really brilliant book. This is a thought provoking book. Also I have to mention that I don’t condone what this couple are doing clearly it is so so wrong.

I don’t like chapter 22, it is so sad but I do half like the outcome of it though. I don’t like the bad half.

I do have a theory, it may be a crazy one but I have one. The intrigue will make me read on. A book you don’t want to put down is a good one, and this is a good and detailed book.

Chapter 26 is horrible but it does show one of the many consequences of people’s actions. Well that’s my theory gone. I do have another, like I said, a thought provoking read. Now a tragic consequence is that this is horrible to read.

I would like to know exactly what has changed, first he didn’t want to know and now he does with a ‘Tracker’.

I like reading about their pre-wedding wedding. I thought it was cute and a brilliant idea and ‘Lavender and daffodils’ are an interesting combination.

This book highlights that be careful at a ‘Self-defence’ class. Yes, to self-defence, no to a ‘Rock’.

I have theory after theory and I don't want to put this book down. This book is still thought provoking. Now the intrigue ramps up even more, with who is back and who contacted them.

Chapter 54 is an interesting one. The words said and who, everything. All a dangerous game. I am glad the kids are safe though, that is one good thing.

‘Someone deserves to be locked up’ that is amusing to read after what they did. The plan is unravelling. This is good and yet still intriguing.

If you would like a book told from a serial killer and family perspective this is a good one, not to be missed.

Thank you for reading

Sandra
