No Good Turn


What I feel about this story is ‘What if Hitler had died or had never been born?’ This question has been asked many times. So what I will say about this story is that because of the musical ‘Wicked’ by Winnie Holzman, the spin off from The Wizard of Oz byL. Frank Baum  has been mentioned in this story, I will say that it is worth seeing. I saw it in the West End London at the Apollo Victoria theatre. The closest underground is Victoria station. You can also check the website for show times and other details.


I will also say that the universe has a way of getting things out there, as I have heard that more than 1 person Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone, Philip Reis and Elisha Grey are linked to inventing similar devices.


Also I have read the Stephen King novel 11/22/63. This is about, what if John F Kennedy hadn’t been assassinated, and this story turned out worse than what subsequently happened.


Although it is fascinating/intriguing to sometimes think about what if, if things had turned out differently, but ultimately what will be, will be and what is, is.

  I thought the same. So, where is she? If Lovejoy (Ian McShane) says ‘He will get one’ I suppose he will. Fun Friday Love Knots Lovejoy

  It is nice to hear about the history of a collectible antique as we very rarely get to know where or why things are as they are. I really feel for Jane (Phyllis Logan) and it is sad that Alex (Pavel Douglas) is saying all the wrong things. Also I agree he should be around more for her to ask. That was good timing. I do feel for Jane it is horrible to watch. Just as Tinker (Dudley Sutton) was talking about travelling in his dreams . i thought of the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang where Grandpa Potts (Lionel Jeffries) did most of his travelling through daydreaming and all of sudden Tinker spots a character in the auction room called Potts (Tony Caunter). This is a completely surprising coincidence. Now we hear Tinker talk about the interesting messages left and things are getting heated in the auction room. Fun Friday Eric Of Arabia Lovejoy

  It is an eye opener and quite true, can something be classed as original when parts have been replaced due to wear and tear?. This part reminded me of the TV program Only Fools And Horses with David Jason. Where the character Trigger (Roger Lloyd Pack) was going to get an award for having the same broom whilst working. This would have been fine if he hadn’t revealed that the broom had had so many new heads and so many new handles. Lovejoy’s (Ian McShane) take on this is not quite so amusing but works for the episode. This bike business is now getting amusingly action packed and cringingly dubbed. What a find.
