Lyssa and Flavivi are not dead…just waiting


Back in September 2019 my husband and I booked a holiday to go to Easter Island Chile South America for May 2020.we proceeded to have our required travel jabs, including ‘Rabies’ aka Lyssavirus. After the holiday was postponed we now. as of December 2022, have 2 years during which to try and rebook and get there. The coincidence, for me, is uncanny.


I feel that during the pandemic other diseases seemed to get overlooked. Well apart from when I went for a blood test and was then rushed into hospital with low iron. Now after more tests and a major operation I am well again.


I can relate very much to this story, where we do things from our ‘Bucket lists’ and having other diseases and illnesses there and waiting behind the scenes for Covid to pass, because of this I love this story.

  I thought the same. So, where is she? If Lovejoy (Ian McShane) says ‘He will get one’ I suppose he will. I suppose, I would say, it depends on what you paid for a painting a nice ‘Fake’ at a fake price is fine, but if you pay a genuine price tag, then you could be out of pocket/at a loss. Fun Friday Love Knots Lovejoy

  It is nice to hear about the history of a collectible antique as we very rarely get to know where or why things are as they are. I really feel for Jane (Phyllis Logan) and it is sad that Alex (Pavel Douglas) is saying all the wrong things. Also I agree he should be around more for her to ask. That was good timing. I do feel for Jane it is horrible to watch. Just as Tinker (Dudley Sutton) was talking about travelling in his dreams . i thought of the film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang where Grandpa Potts (Lionel Jeffries) did most of his travelling through daydreaming and all of sudden Tinker spots a character in the auction room called Potts (Tony Caunter). This is a completely surprising coincidence. Now we hear Tinker talk about the interesting messages left and things are getting heated in the auction room. Fun Friday Eric Of Arabia Lovejoy

  It is an eye opener and quite true, can something be classed as original when parts have been replaced due to wear and tear?. This part reminded me of the TV program Only Fools And Horses with David Jason. Where the character Trigger (Roger Lloyd Pack) was going to get an award for having the same broom whilst working. This would have been fine if he hadn’t revealed that the broom had had so many new heads and so many new handles. Lovejoy’s (Ian McShane) take on this is not quite so amusing but works for the episode. This bike business is now getting amusingly action packed and cringingly dubbed. What a find.
