Fun Friday Hetty Wainthropp Investigates Episode Blood Relations
After watching Patricia Routledge as Hyacinth Bouquet spelt B U C K E T in Keeping Up Appearances Produced by Harold Snoad and then seeing this program. I thought I would watch to see the actress in a different light as another character.
I love the opening credits, it all looks like jigsaw puzzles like piecing all the clues together to get a picture of who did it/what happened.
I have to say that there isn’t a whole lot of difference between the two characters so far. I really don’t want to make too many comparisons but the bird scene does remind me of Onslow’s (Geoffrey Hughes) dog in Keeping up appearances.
I am so glad she is not singing, sorry I’m sure she can sing as an actress.
I'm sure ‘Sherry’ is normally fine. This is an intriguing episode. I like the idea of her being investigated. It is, I feel, a clever way of finding out what is happening to her.
This is really good, well until, well at least, they do say the ‘Best place’ under the circumstances. Now things are starting to fall into place. Oh, and I’m glad he can verify the noise.
Oooo, now this is getting good and now I can see Hetty (Patricia Routledge) not Hyacinth. Well that sadly, didn’t last long.
I love where this episode is set, such lovely scenery despite the cloudy dull weather.
That should have been on ‘Silent’ just a word of warning/lesson. Yes, we should learn how to use our phones.
That is now nice to hear. I remember now that yes, to sing or play an instrument badly but sounding in the realms of what is supposed to be sung or played. You have to be able to sing or play really well. A very talented lady.
Oh, it is all falling into place now and what a shock. Whoa that is a big ask and I hope Hetty does the right thing.
On the other storyline running through this episode, there is still a story, I love it.
Shame, she didn’t get her ‘Lobster’ this is disappointing to see.
And that is the ‘Power’ of the mind, I like it.
What a lovely ‘Lobster’ ending after all. I love it.
Thank you for reading
Sandra
