Yes, happy seventh wedding anniversary, ultimately what a lovely surprise.
The old ‘Phone you when I can see you and you lie as to where you are’ trick. Why can’t people just ask? Ok, so it is not always easy. I like that Jennifer Jones, JJ (Kara Killmer) did ask.
I hate when paranoia sets in but in this case she is right to be worried/suspicious. Again it is cliche ‘He is doing something wrong but the woman is made out to be crazy for suspecting’ scenario. This film is a little cliche twice in the start already.
I find it amusing, but shouldn’t, that someone with a secret life talks in their sleep, as they could give a whole lot away and have no control over it.
FBI? Well it isn’t the secret I thought it was. This is now becoming intriguing. JJ is a very resourceful character, there are some things I wouldn’t have thought of, like asking the nurse to contact her if or when the other woman shows up.
I am not sure about Barbara (Barbara Gordon) Freddy’s (Brett Donahue) mum, there is just something about her. It could just be me, well it seems I am not the only one that thinks things are strange with her.
It is good news and I did guess before, but under the circumstances I am worried for JJ and intrigued by Barbara.
Well they don’t call secrets, secrets for nothing. This is definitely a good one. I don’t think it is fair to call someone naive. Especially as it concerns JJ’s life and she now has another little person to consider. Also a husband shouldn’t keep secrets from his wife. We all know, but sadly, it does happen. I hate the scenario.
Soviet Union, KGB, wow! It is not fair to ask ‘You don’t know who your husband is?’ As far as JJ is concerned at face value he is a florist. This film highlights ‘Do we really know some people?’
For someone not trained JJ is very clever. Now the FBI is involved I don’t know how clever JJ is, as she is deep into something she barely knows, understands completely or has only just found out about. Freddy has a lot to explain. Yes, what is going on?
Well I didn’t expect that, that would explain Barbara not acting like a mother. JJ you are not stupid. I don’t like how that was said. Connie (Mylene Dinh-Robic)? Well JJ ought to be grateful for small mercies. The ‘Friendship is real’. Poor JJ, I really feel sorry for her. What now? A new chapter and life for more than one person. I love the ending to this film and I suppose an affair would have been too easy.
Thank you for reading
