Fun Friday Deadly Prescription
I cannot seem to find an IMDB page for this Channel 5 film so I am unable to put the actors/actresses names to the characters.
Yes, ‘Presentations’ can be stressful. This highlights that Ivy relays what she does really easily but as in some cases people very rarely ‘Practice what they preach’ the vacation sounds fun/relaxing. Sadly, the reality is far from nice. The denial shows a realistic reaction to the diagnosis. It is great to hear some good news.
And just what you want to happen. You bump into your Doctor in the supermarket with a trolley full of ‘Comfort food’.
I am not sure about the experimental treatment. This sadly, highlights playing on the vulnerability. I can see the Doctor's side but it is dodgy and expensive but if it is to prolong your life as we see in this film you would mostly want to do anything to try to do that. I feel uneasy about it/this.
I have realised that I have been focussed on Ivy but I should be more focussed on Doctor Mark. This is twisty and turny swapping between bad, good and back to bad and no one goes to the gym, this is such an amusing cliche, unless you go with someone.
It is good news and I did see what happens next coming. Clare may have a point. I am on Clare’s side. Now I didn’t see that coming. I hate Mark, all the secrets and manipulation. Ivy really has enough on her plate to worry about without all the Mark, Clare and police business. Flowers?! I still hate Mark. I also see another victim, well almost.
I like Skyla. She is a good friend and business partner. I hope she saves the day in the end. I feel that is where this film is/can go/going.
Unbelievable, Mark is using the death of his wife to cheat on Ivy. This highlights and shows how people can get caught up in something or someone unscrupulous.
I am so glad some of the truth is out. It shows that this is almost inevitable that the truth does come out in the end. I knew it, the wife? I like Skyla. She is the voice of reason but could sadly be putting herself in danger. Skyla already knows one person has died on Mark’s watch so why intimidate him further? Exactly, so obvious, so sad. The victims are piling up, well happily one is saved.
I am so glad Ivy is now listening to reason and acting on it. Basically Mark has been rumbled. I am so happy about this. I still hate him. Now who is going to help Ivy? The suspense is building. I now think I would call it ‘Karma’. Also although a bit late I hope Ivy can now enjoy her vacation.
Thank you for reading
