Wildcard Wednesday Pig in a Poke Lovejoy

Yes, trust Lovejoy (Ian McShane) interest in the ‘Set’ so eye rolling amusing. I love the rave reviews. Sold!  Oh, Eric (Chris Jury) but what a turn up. Yes, and what a turn up. No, Eric, you shouldn’t have. What a vision. They are not happy. The right thing but done in the wrong way. Oh, it amusingly gets worse. I feel bad for saying amusing but this does involve people in high places. ‘Post it’ very good. I hope, oh Eric, not again. Oh yes, a good point. He nearly got away with it. What a story. Well done Lady Jane (Phyllis Logan). Yes, well done. Thank you for reading Sandra

Fun Friday Lovejoy Loses it Lovejoy

TV. he has made it. I don’t like the hype though. Well that was a twist, but as Tinker (Dudley Sutton) says ‘Who can say’. Editing can do wonders. Was it? I believe it was what it was as the Lovejoy script writers intended. Something is wrong. I agree. ‘Fair share’. Listen to Tinker, Lovejoy (Ian McShane) 1. Eric (Chris Jury) is not a losers such and 2. I believe the fame is slowly seeping in. Be careful Lovejoy. Oh him, of course he would pick him this would be amusing if it wasn’t him. Oh. ‘Doubts’ have had and will continue but why not now? Too good to be true, working together. Something is wrong. And job done. Lovejoy has changed. I don’t like it Oh. And the ‘Fair’ funny how things come full circle. It is bad, luckily he can be saved. Stop shouting, showing that there are consequences for letting TV get in the way. Good on you Lovejoy. Yes, I would say sadly, ‘Destressing’. What a vision. Yes, ‘Alls well that ends well’ or not as the case/pot may be. Thank you for reading Sa...

Wildcard Wednesday Taking The Pledge Lovejoy

Oh, now that makes sense. How nice for Lady Jane (Phyllis Logan). Who? What? Well if he is happy. Yes, where?  Does he ever stop talking? So annoying. I can/or we have to imagine the smell. As bad as it seems. I hope not for, what has been mentioned, Smellovision.  The ‘Wife’ could have left him that, at least. She seemed to have had everything else. ‘£2.43’ although this is not a car. This episode reminds me of the TV program ‘Wheeler Dealers Trading up’ with Mike Brewer.  Oh no, no, so devastating for her. When smell works. 1. I wouldn’t recommend it and 2. Would it work? I have mixed feelings whether it would or not. Well positioned, collided and manoeuvred. So funny to watch. He should be more careful. Now it's her turn to comfort him. At least someone was a decent human being. Well played, so funny. Well played again. As said she had everything else. I like her. And I like her. Lovejoy (Ian McShane) Run. If you would like to visit one of the locations where th...

Fun Friday Dainty Dish Lovejoy

I believe they are in Brighton. Ah, as the title says ‘Dish’. I love what they did there. Lovejoy (Ian McShane) is worse than a seagull. From Brighton to Wedgewood. Now there are 3 men on a mission to Lady Jane’s (Phyllis Logan) cash point. I will say this, Lovejoy is thorough. This is interesting to see. The hotel, he said,I see this as inventive and shows initiative in a hilarious, strange and silly way. He is too clever, ‘One of use’. Oh no, not him. He means the car. It would be funny if it just wasn’t him. Well nobility speaks volumes. As much as I like whatever Lovejoy is up to. 1. It is nice to see him tricked but 2. He knows Lovejoy shouldn’t he know better. Whether you believe, agree or not. ‘She’s off’. I like what is happening. I don’t like him. I really don’t like him. I am glad he is so naive. Ok, who owns them then? Oh, how sad. Poor her. I love it now that she has also seen his true self. And Lovejoy, clothes? So glad they made up. Oh sneaky. I hate him. Let him ha...

Wildcard Wednesday Irish Stew Lovejoy

Well that request, although didn’t end well, was amusingly brilliantly scripted and, i’d say ‘Beware of the cat’. So, they say that you are only about 6 people away from a person you want. In the terms of needing anything. ‘Really’. This is intriguing. I agree ‘Wonderful’. Yes, ‘Old’ and ‘Beautiful’. I agree again. What fitting music playing over this part. I like it. I love them singing. They are really good. Also amusing timing with the script. Hungover, i’d say. So amusing to see. I had to smile at Lady Jane (Phyllis Logan) Whoa. That was edge of your seat action, and he is right, he doesn’t know who they are. Lovejoy (Ian McShane) well played. So nice to see. Now what? ‘White’ oh dear, whatever that means. I am so glad he is ok. Good ruse. It is a little convenient that he knows what he does. It looks fun but could be cold in reality but no it doesn’t. Showing that you should be careful who could see you. Oh look, the same, oh dear. Oh good, he knows. What do they say ‘Money ...

Fun Friday They Call Me Midas Lovejoy

Warning spoilers. ‘10 grand’ you do the maths. ‘Pop Memorabilia’. I like the idea but first Eric (Chris Jury) has to do it right. It has potential in the right hands. Now what is Lovejoy (Ian McShane) getting into? I believe in saving art. Why? What was the point and we could see the crash coming a mile off. Oh, I see now. This is edge of your seat stuff. Poor Tinker (Dudley Sutton) he may have lost the most but what a great thing Tinker has got going for him. What a fantastic brilliant idea. I love it. Thank you for reading Sandra

Wildcard Wednesday God Helps Those Lovejoy

All that awful damage. So amusing but there is more than one sort of ‘Dolls’. This did make me smile. I don’t think she meant it in that way. There are too many double meanings as far in this episode. I like her character. I know why but it is sad when people are having fun to then be told ‘Keep the noise down’. More things that don’t mean what is though. He is a ‘Friend’ honest. Well timed Lovejoy (Ian McShane). Poor Lady Jane (Phyllis Logan). She is so nice and trusting. I really feel for her.  What a sad twist. Go, Eric (Chris Jury) yes, go get wet. So amusing to see. Where, where, where? Yes, please end it right there. If you would like to visit Thaxted which is one of the places where this episode was filmed. It is a nice little town with a good car park, although it is tucked away off the hill/high street. There are nice shops to look round and a good cafe, with really good food on the menu plus a specials board. The windmill is worth a visit as well for a sightseeing photo o...

Fun Friday The Galloping Major Lovejoy

Warning spoilers  And so starts the day's events. It is a ‘Tuesday’. I would be really worried if it was Friday the 13th. With how much bad luck Lovejoy (Ian McShane) is having on a Tuesday. He, I would advise, should stay in bed on a Friday the 13th. Oh Tinker (Dudley Sutton). Oh good, but really funny his ‘Braces’ and Tinker’s dream ‘Heaven’. And so the bad continues. Well any publicity is publicity. Oh, the start of the ‘Chain’. ‘Toy boy’ is so funny. Well it is nice to see Lady Jane (Phyllis Logan) have some ‘Chauffeur’ luck, and I am glad they came forward/spoke up. However, I don’t think he should have given them that. Not true to real life. It is nice and interesting hearing about all the history. I hope it is true and not just for TV. All I do know is whether or not ‘Loaded’ isn't even good for anything. Yes, ‘Well done’. I am glad of the truth. And Eric (Chris Jury) take the money. What are you doing? Where? Eric oh big trouble. Very, very clever. I’m so glad it all...

Wildcard Wednesday Judgement of Solomon Lovejoy

Oh dear Eric (Chris Jury) for real. Oh dear Lovejoy (Ian McShane) I'm not sure why. I like Tinker (Dudley Sutton) Really, there are theories and there are theories, cover everything yes, but to what ludicrous extent? So much stuff. Amusing and a bit melodramatic but a little over done. I still liked watching it though. If they/we don’t need to know then, but it is, to me, being nosey, annoying. I want to know where? It is funny. Well he is celebrating his freedom, he thinks, for now. It is is sad to see. It’s red. So glad she wants it changed. Eric, you are fine. Why get him involved? All very suspicious. This makes me so annoyed just like Lovejoy is. Well done Eric, ‘Beautiful’ I agree. A good way of getting the truth, but alas not where Lady Jane (Phyllis Logan) was. Thank you for reading Sandra
